This past weekend the Enterprise 11 and 12 year old softball team traveled to Richfield to compete in the South Sevier Summer Slam Softball Tournament. The team battled and beat Manti 5 to 4 on a game winning hit by Tyler Sanderson to win the championship. Enterprise beat South Sevier 11-4, Beaver 14-0, San Pete 11-1, Carbon 12-0, Canyon View 8-0. The girls team is coached by Jim Crouch, Kory Drake and Coby Drake, team players are Halle Drake, Kadee Hulet, Chrissy Wright, Tori Phelps, Lacy Drake, Kindy Christensen, Gabby Ramos, Taleena Truman, Tyler Sanderson, Kimberly Hess and kashton Crouch.
On June 22, Jaslyn took 1st in the semi finals at the Regional Junior Olympic track meet in Bozeman, Montana which qualified her to move onto the finals the next day. She then took 1st again in the 100 meter and helped her relay team take first in the 4×100 meter relay. After pulling a ligament in her leg she still placed 4th in the 200 meter which qualifies her to move on to nationals in Baltimore Maryland in all 3 events.
Her next track meet will be the State Hershey meet in Harriman Utah on June 30th.
