Anzalone’s Walkoff Gives Enterprise Victory Over Canyon View

Enterprise Freshmen went 1-1 on the day with a loss to Canyon View 1-5 and also defeated Canyon View 12-11 on Wednesday thanks to a walk-off single. The Wolves trailed 11-10 in the bottom of the fifth inning when Steven Anzalone singled off of Yardley, driving in two runs.

Despite falling down by five runs in the second inning, Canyon View tried to fight back after they scored eight runs in the failed comeback.

Enterprise scored four runs in the second inning. Steven Anzalone went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead the Wolves in hits.

Canyon View collected nine hits. Mackelprang and Farrow each collected multiple hits for Canyon View. Mackelprang led Canyon View with three hits in three at bats.
