Enterprise Little League is Officially underway
The Enterprise Utah Little League has officially started. Mayor Lee Bracken opened the season throwing the game ball for the starting games with the two minor league games on Tuesday, April 17th. The Mayor was excited to be a part of this event, and the Little league was finally ready for baseball season to get underway. The Little League is ran by a little League board and each member of the board works very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the entire year. We need to give a special thanks to those who work extra hard for the Little League of Enterprise: Sharla Hunt, Deidre Christiansen, Lyndee Hunt and many others work very hard each season and do so much and never receive the credit they deserve. If you see them around town be sure to thank them for the little league and thank Lyndee for all the food at the games.
Baseball Clinic Shirts are in and two home games for EHS Baseball
The EHS Baseball Team really appreciates the support from the youth in attending their baseball clinic. They hope they learned some new skills, but more importantly had fun because that’s what it’s all about. The shirts are finished and clinic attendees are welcome to pick up their shirt from Leah Laub or Chery Hulet at the next two home games (Tue and Wed). Game times are 3:30 and we’d love to have you come support the team. We are currently tied for 2nd place in the Region. You can win an ice cream cone from Marv’s Drive In by being the first to “Name that Tune” in between innings. You can also pay $1 for a chance to win $50 for pitching a baseball through a tire sponsored by Desert Tire Corp in between the Varsity and JV games.
