Flag Football comes to a close for the 2nd-3rd grade and the 4th-6th grade. It was a cold night with a strong wind blowing through, but the kids didn’t mind and continued to play hard for their championship games. Thank you to Coby Drake for putting the flag football together. Thank you to the coaches, refs and the high school booster club that was there on hand to give awards and goodies.
Flag football continued last night (Tuesday, Oct.16th). The teams are now getting ready for the final game of the season which is the Championship game on (Tuesday, Oct. 23). The kids have loved playing on the high school football field under the lights and the coaches and ref’s have done a great job. Thank you to Coby Drake who organized the flag football. Good luck next week to all the teams.
Flag football is building momentum as it heads into its final game before playoffs. The kids are really stepping up to prove they deserve to be in the final championship game. Kids are playing hard on defense with amazing flag tackles, long hail mary’s, and amazing catches. If you haven’t been to see these kids play, you better come out and see because this is the future of EHS football and these kids will be ready to play when they hit that level.
Next Tuesday (October 9) There will be no flag football games due to a EHS JV home game that night.
The next flag football game will be on October 16th with the championship game on October 23rd. To see the schedule click Here
