Christiansen Leads Enterprise Wolves to 5-2 victory

Enterprise, Utah – The Enterprise Wolves were home Wednesday to face the ever challenging Diamond Ranch Academy. The Academy schools are hot and cold depending on who they pick up in the off season in recruiting. The Wolves got it done on both sides of the ball today with a 5-3 victory.

The Wolves and Diamond Ranch had a tied game going into the 3rd inning where Treyson Christiansen continued to dominate by striking out 11 hitters, allowing no earned runs, 3 hits and only 1 walk in seven innings.

On the other side of the ball the Wolves offense, was led by Caden Prisbrey who went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first inning and tripled in the fifth inning. Enterprise has solid players that know how to get the job done on offense. Quade Jones started out with a single and a stolen base to kick off the day to show the Wolves came to play. The Wolves offense continued to move all day when Prisbrey scored on an RBI single by Cole Stratton. Another great play in the fourth when Brandell Shumway had a sacrifice fly scoring Chandler Bowler.

Fitzgerald for Diamond Ranch couldn’t get it done on the mound , taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out six, and allowed five runs.

The Wolves final 3 games of the season will be at Milford High on April 22 at 3:30pm. Next game will be Kanab in Enterprise on April 26 at 3:30pm, and they finish at home against Parowan High in Enterprise on April 29 at 3:30pm.
