EHS Cross Country Girls Take 2nd in State

Enterprise High School 2A Cross Country Girls team took 2nd place for the second year competing for state up at Highland High School. The girls actually tied for first place with North Summit with 66 points, but with the point system fell into second place. The tiebreaker difference was actually — by state rules — looking at the teams’ sixth-fastest runner. (North Summit’s came in 44th place, Enterprise’s 46th. The difference there was 4.5 seconds.) Olivia Moyle took 4th over all in Girls. The boys team took the 8th spot this year. The Girls team will be returning all the girls next year except Olivia Moyle which will be a big hole to fill.

State Track Results: Girls: Girls win 2nd overall, Olivia Moyle 4th, Allison Yardley 13th, Mckenzy Huntsman 17th, Amanda Humphries 25th, Dani Hess 26th. Boys Jase Anderson 25th, Kayson Bundy 27th, 8th place overall
