Enterprise Rolls Past Layton Christian in 2A Consolation Round

Enterprise High came off a heartbreaking loss to top-ranked Emery Thursday night in the 2A Quarterfinals but bounced back quickly Friday morning to defeat Layton Christian Academy 46-28 in the consolation round.

Enterprise was led by Sherri Platt with 14 points and 4 rebounds. Enterprise offense came out on fire scoring 16 points in the first quarter and only allowing LCA to get 1 point. By halftime the Wolves were up 20-8 and never slowed down until late in the 4th quarter when they added younger players in to finish up the game.
LCA was led by Danyale Thomas with 10 points and Jada Wyms had 1o rebounds for the Eagles in the loss.
Enterprise will play their final game of the season Saturday, February 25 at 10 am against North Summit for 5th place in the 2A state tournament. You can watch Live on KSL or Deseret News.
