Lady Wolves Bring Home A Championship
RICHFIELD – Dakota Robinson scored 14 points and pulled down five rebounds in leading Enterprise to a 43-28 win over North Sevier in the 2A girls basketball state championship game Saturday night.
Enterprise led 22-11 at the half and wasn’t threatened in the second half on its way to the title. Enterprise held North Sevier to just 28.9 percent shooting.
Jaycee Reber had 13 points and Riley Lyman had six points and five rebounds for Enterprise, while Hailey Higgs led North Sevier with six points in the loss.
Enterprise knocked off a No. 1 seed, No. 2 seed and two No. 3 seeds to win its seventh title in school history and first since 2011.

Enterprise is bringing home another girls basketball state championship.
Playing gritty, hard-nosed, pestering defense, the Wolves’ inspiring efforts over the last three days at the Sevier Valley Center in Richfield produced the program’s second state title in four seasons. Enterprise defeated North Sevier 43-28 on Saturday to claim the 2A crown.
“We’ve got three or four girls pushing 6-feet (tall),” said Wolves coach Lance Jones. “The length we had really disrupted the teams in this tournament. (North Sevier) couldn’t get a rhythm shooting because we caused a lot of frustration.”
The third seed from Region 13, Enterprise beat an unlikely path to the state championship game. It began Feb. 22 when it snuck out of Utah Valley University with a 28-27 win against North Summit. Then on Thursday and Friday the Wolves blasted Emery and Gunnison by an average of 17 points.
