Patriots Overcome 31 Unanswered Points to Become Super Bowl 51 Champions

The New England Patriots scored the game-winning touchdown in the first overtime in Super Bowl history to defeat the Atlanta Falcons 34-28 Sunday in the Super Bowl 51.

Tom Brady led the New England Patriots from a 21-0 hole over the Atlanta Falcons. Brady also picked up the Super Bowl MVP honors completing 43-of-62 passes for 462 yards and two touchdowns in the game.

The win was the Patriots record-setting fifth Super Bowl title.
