Samsung’s 18.4-inch Galaxy View Tablet or Portable TV
Samsung launches the new, very large Galaxy View tablet, which was first introduced during IFA (Internationale Funkaustellung) in Berlin in early September. IFA is the global trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances similar to CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in the US that started in 1967.
The Galaxy View tablet is the largest Android mobile device in the market that runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with 4G LTE. The view features an 18.6 inch display (1080 x 1920 pixles) with microSD card option. It has an octa-core 1.6GHz Processor, 2GB RAM, and will come in 32GB or 64GB internal storage.
Did Samsung create a portable tv device with dual 4-watt speakers, 8 hours of video play and built in 2-way kickstand that also becomes a handle to carry around? Or is this a tablet that wants to compete with the Ipad Pro? Samsung has not released pricing or availability and plans partnering with AT&T.
