Spring Snow Storm Brings in Almost 10 Inches of Heavy Wet Snow

Spring was in the air with temperatures soaring to the mid-50s and 60s and everything changed with a winter snow storm warning that came in overnight. Enterprise City received almost 10 inches of snow while St. George was windy and light snow to Cedar City. The rest of the state received rain or wind but the storm pounded Enterprise.

The snow was very wet and heavy due to the time of year causing destruction to trees, sheds, and carports. Homeowners are left with a massive clean up project and maybe firewood for next spring.

Most of the snow will be gone by Sunday as temperatures are expected to return to normal with a high of 64 degrees on Sunday.

Enterprise now needs to watch for flooding concerns with snow and rain over the weekend.
