State High School Rodeo Finals Are In: Miller and Flanigan State Champions

Utah State High School Rodeo Association finals are in. The top athletes from Enterprise High School Rodeo head to Nationals in Gillette, Wyoming next month.

Katlyn Miller won all-around cowgirl for the third straight year. She won the state title for breakaway roping and the state title for goat tying. (Heading to Nationals) Katlyn also placed 11th in poles, and 7th in barrel racing.

TJ Bowler and Kade Reber Rodeo

TJ Bowler came in second in team roping with Kade Reber and earned Rookie cowboy of the year. (Heading to Nationals)

Hadley Holmes placed 4th in the average for Calf Roping and placed 8th in state. He also placed 27th in team roping.

Kaleb Bowler placed 12th in team roping. (Hadley and Kaleb qualified for silver state rodeo in Nevada).

Shalise Flanigan placed 6th in rifle shooting and qualified for Silver State in Nevada.

Jocelyn Cornwall placed 15th in poles and 25th in Barrel racing

Any Mason placed 10th in goat tying, 20th in poles and 63rd on breakaway roping

Brent Mason placed 30th in Calf Roping

Britnee Platt placed 21st in breakaway

Jackie Holt placed 24th in goat tying, 20th in barrel racing and 32nd on poles.

Jolyn Holt placed 51st in breakaway roping

Joel Holt placed 57th in calf roping

Troy Bundy placed 18th in rifle shoot

Daisy Peterson placed 5th in the first go in poles
