Said Bray, “Accountability.  Funders want it, organizations message it and we won’t have sustained impact without it.  In this session we will focus on the skills and process necessary to achieve results based accountability. “

The session will be a hands-on workshop and where attendees will learn the 3 most important performance questions that impact accountability.  They will explore how to use these questions and additional related tools to make their programs more impactful.  Participants are encourages to bring their current measurements on how they hold their organizational activities accountable.  The program will also feature breakout sessions in small groups that will conduct a gap analysis that will help all organizations leave the workshop with a clear strategy for next steps.
